Terms of Use and Sale

1. General

These Terms govern the use of the DEW.ORG.IL online store (the “Site”) and the purchase of products - AQUAPHOR water filters and water purification systems. By placing an order you agree to these Terms.

The Site operates within the State of Israel. All prices are in New Israeli Shekels (₪) and include VAT.

2. Products and Prices

  • Descriptions, images and specifications are for information only; minor differences from the actual product are possible.
  • Prices on the Site may change without prior notice. The price in effect at the time the order is placed applies.
  • Product availability is confirmed when the order is processed. If an item is unavailable, we will contact you to arrange a replacement, a new date or cancellation with a full refund.

3. Placing an Order

Orders are placed via the Site’s cart or by phone/WhatsApp. After placing an order you receive a confirmation to the e-mail you provided. An order is considered accepted after confirmation by the store.

4. Payment

Available payment methods:

  • cash on delivery;
  • bank transfer / Bit;
  • PayPal;
  • card payment by phone.

Transfer details are provided in the order confirmation and in the store’s e-mail.

5. Delivery

Delivery is available throughout Israel. Free delivery on orders from 450 ₪; for smaller orders the delivery fee is 50 ₪. Delivery times and procedures are described on the “Delivery” page.

6. Returns and Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are handled in accordance with the Israeli Consumer Protection Law and the transaction-cancellation regulations. You may cancel the transaction within the period set by law (generally within 14 days of receiving the product or the transaction-details document). The product must be returned unused, undamaged and in its original packaging. Consumable items and cartridges opened after delivery cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, except in the case of a manufacturing defect.

7. Warranty

Products are covered by the AQUAPHOR manufacturer warranty. If you find a defect, contact us - we will help with warranty service, repair or replacement.

8. Limitation of Liability

The store makes every effort to keep the information on the Site accurate but is not responsible for typos and technical errors. The store’s liability is limited to the amount paid for the product.
